The Ebbinghaus forgetting curve, proposed by German psychologist Hermann Ebbinghaus, describes how the human brain forgets new information. Forgetting starts immediately after learning, rapidly at first and then more slowly. Reviewing at the critical forgetting points effectively consolidates memory. This tool generates review sheets at intervals of 1, 2, 4, 7, 15, and 30 days.
